Narberth Food Festival Young Chefs Competition 2011
Prizes include work experience in top restaurant kitchens:
- 1st Prize - La Bécasse, Ludlow
- 2nd Prize - The Hardwick, Abergavenny
- 3rd Prize - Simon Wright’s new restaurant, Sosban, Llanelli
- Lunch with Will Holland, Michelin-starred chef of La Bécasse
- Cook books presented by the Welsh Farmhouse Company, Narberth
- Following their main prize of a placement in a top restaurant kitchen, the winners will jointly plan and prepare a meal at The Park @ Slebech Restaurant, Slebech Park
