Congratulations to the winner of the 2010 Pudding Competition:

Prize: a unique commemorative plate, hand-painted by our deputy-chairman and curator of Narberth’s Oriel Q - Queen’s Hall Gallery, Lynne Crompton.

The competition is open to all professional chefs & cooks.
To emphasise our links to the Narberth community – and to put the professionals on their mettle – there will also be a preliminary round open to members of Narberth Women’s Institute. The winner of this round, as judged by our Chairman, Jackie Palit, will have a chance to compete against the professional chefs in the main competition.

Judging took place in the Talks Tent at 1.00pm on Festival Saturday, followed by the opportunity for the public to taste the entries and see whether they agree with the judges!

This year’s judges are S4C chef Dudley Newbery and S4C Tigh Dudley winner, Wayne Delve.
